Choosing a seaside location.
When choosing accommodation you will come across many terms which describe the location in relation to the sea including: beachfront, beach-front, beach front, beachside, beach-side, beach side, oceanfront, ocean-front, ocean front, seaside, sea-side, sea side, waterfront, water-front, water front . and so on. The meaning varies from term to term, property to property and person to person.
In relation to the Surfers Paradise Penthouse let us clarify the location
the position is almost surrounded by waterways - mainly the Pacific Ocean and Surfers Paradise beach all along the east, Narrowneck lagoon on the north, and the Nerang River on the west;
there is a road between the building and each of these waterways but there is no private property between the Penthouse and the beach;
the Penthouse is elevated some 25 metres above sea level - just high enough so that you look over the seaside trees and vegetation but low enough to feel like an elevated beach house;
the views are panoramic across the Pacific Ocean, up and down Surfers Paradise beach, and on to the Nerang River and other waterways;
the panorama is decorated by the passing parade of beachcombers, bathers and surfers and the fishermen who drift over the reef just off shore in front of the Penthouse;
there is a direct access to the Bicentennial Coastal Boardwalk which runs along the foreshore in front;
the beach at Surfers Paradise is ranked by many as one of the finest in the world!
We have tried to depict this in the photographs displayed on this site. But to really appreciate the Wow! factor of our location an facilities, I'm afraid you are going to have to visit.
